Join us for a special edition of OWN THE PACE.

We’ll kick things off with an easy run, followed by a strength workout for runners led by Coach Ben, then finish with another easy run. Afterward, stick around for fresh watermelon and good company. 🍉

Looks like it’s going to be a hot one tomorrow, so we’re keeping it simple.

We’ll run the Central Park lower loop twice, which means we’ll be back at the start halfway through for a water break before heading out again.

And after the run, we’ll have fresh watermelon waiting for everyone. 🍉

Join OWN THE PACE on June 3 as we celebrate Global Running Day with a community run through Central Park.

📍 Central Park South & 7th Ave
🕕 Check-in & warm-up: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
🏃 5K Run / 1.7 Mile Walk: 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM
🎉 Post-run celebration: 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM

After the run, stick around for a post-run celebration featuring homemade ice cream from @emiliasicecreamny , fresh fruit, and chilled drinks.

All paces are welcome. Bag check available.

RSVP is highly recommended so we can plan accordingly.
