Last year, I was one of nine local high school artists that had the amazing opportunity to have my work permanently displayed on a traffic box in downtown Spokane!!!

Go check it out at the entrance to riverfront park on the crossroad of N Monroe St and W Bridge Ave! 📍

I have never done anything this big before, but I’m really happy with how it turned out!!! The point of this project was to add color and cool visuals to an otherwise grey piece of metal, which I feel like looks way better now! It’s cool to see I’m getting somewhere with my works and I am so happy I was selected to be part of this project! ❤️❤️❤️

Big thank you to @spokanearts for putting together this project, they are a group of really good people and they’re the ones raising up art in the city, and also thank you to @mystcu for funding this project.

Also yes i know I’m posting this months later I just left it in my drafts on accident oops 😅

“Gatcha!”

This piece is based on the Gashapon capsule machines you’ll find often find inside Asian grocery stores. I wanted to show a sense of childlike wonder using color that I had personally experienced using these machines to get little trinkets! c:

I hope you can enjoy this piece, I’m pretty proud about it! 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

Last Month, I got the opportunity to show my portfolio work at OMNIA, and receive first place in Animation & Film!

It was amazing getting to share what I’ve been working on with everyone, and it was also really cool pushing for Animation & Film to be a category in the show, and I’m so impressed with everything people submitted! by @owochu

“The Tire Swing” 🛞

Based on the song “Everything Stays”, this piece is from my childhood memory of hanging up a tire swing in my neighborhood and coming back to it cut down years later. It was a reminder that things are ever changing even when you’re not present! ‼️‼️‼️

Childhood Drink Character Designs! 🥤

I designed these guys for my AP 2-D Art and Design portfolio! They are drinks I would have in my childhood (that I still drink now to be completely honest) represented as characters! It was fun getting to experiment with their outfits and silhouettes totally match their respective drinks and I think some of the details are really cool like the Apple shirt on the Apple Sidra girl or the lid and straw as accessories on the banana milk boy! ❤️❤️❤️

“A Summer Afternoon” ☀️🫧

Hey!!! I’m Finally done with AP 2-D art and Design 🎉
I’ll be posting some of the stuff from my portfolio over the next couple of days, this first piece depicts me at a table drinking Ramune and thinking during a hot summer day. The piece was meant for experimenting different hues to give off a summer vibe. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out and it fit well into my portfolio! :D

Flightless Birds | OC Animation

Hey!!! This is my first animation on YouTube! Flightless Birds is a passion project of mine featuring my own Original Characters acting to a song from one of my childhood shows that being Bubble Guppies. The animation is supposed to tell the story of my character Celeste who is half Angel and follows her and her friends rivaling another student who ends up shooting her with a bow and arrow hence the song choice and the name “flightless birds.” Working on this project in my free time was some of the most fun l’ve ever had as an artist and represents a major shift in my technical skills in animation and story development. I hope you take a look at this film as I worked tirelessly over the course of a few months on this project. Enjoy!

Programs used: Procreate / Procreate Dreams

Song from: Bubble Guppies

Make Waves!

I wanted to do a walk cycle so I made it into a moving album cover! It’s supposed to be inspired by those old citypop album covers.

I’m pretty happy with how it turned out :D
