The final walk-through is where all the details come together. 🏡✨

Before handing over the keys, we take the time to walk through your new custom home with you and review the finished spaces, checking the details, answering questions, and making sure everything is ready for you to enjoy.

At Oxbow Builders, we believe building your home should feel personal, transparent, and thoughtful all the way to the finish line.

And because our commitment doesn’t end at move-in, every Oxbow custom home includes a 12-month warranty for added peace of mind.

Learn more about Oxbow's final walk-through checklist on our website blog page (link in bio):

Since we’ve welcomed quite a few new faces around here lately, we thought it was time to introduce ourselves. 👋

We’re Jake & Katie Oyler, owners of Oxbow Builders—a multi-generational, family-run company building custom homes throughout the Flathead Valley.

For us, building homes is about more than the finished product. It’s about relationships, craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and creating a home that truly fits the people who live in it.

We’re proud to call Montana home and even more proud to build here. 🏔️

If you’re new here, welcome! We’re glad you’re along for the journey. Follow along as we share our projects, our team, and a little more of the people behind Oxbow Builders.

Built with integrity. Built for Montana. Built by Oxbow. 🏡 by @oxbow.builders

What a weekend! 🏡✨

Over 700 people came through the Swan Range Retreat during this year’s Flathead Valley Parade of Homes, and we are so grateful to everyone who stopped by, walked through, and took the time to experience this home with us.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this project and this weekend possible—from our incredible clients and team to our talented subcontractors, vendors, and everyone behind the scenes.

Big thank you to @surfaceandstone for
your collaboration. And the Davey Family @denisedavey for all your hardwork and graciousness opening up your home.

We’re proud of what we built together and even more grateful to be part of such an amazing community.

Thank you, Flathead Valley! ❤️

What an incredible night at the Parade of Homes Awards! 🥂

We are so honored to bring home three awards for Swan Range Retreat:

🏆Best Kitchen in the “Peak” category
🏆Best Craftsmanship
🏆Judges’ Choice

A custom home like this is truly a team effort. We are incredibly grateful for our Oxbow Builders crew, whose skill, attention to detail, long hours, and pride in their work are what make projects like this possible.

To our subcontractors, trades, vendors, and suppliers, thank you for bringing your expertise and craftsmanship to this home. Every finish, detail, installation, and decision reflects the talent of the people who helped bring it to life.

And to our designers and design partners, thank you for your creativity, vision, and countless hours spent refining the details that make this home special.

We are incredibly proud of this project, but even more proud of the people who made it happen.

Three awards. One incredible team.

Thank you 🤍 by @oxbow.builders

Special thanks to @rorrawater for supporting the Parade of Homes experience this year. If you are looking for a countertop water filtration system that removes microplastics and contaminants, but leaves the healthy minerals, then I invite you look into a Rorra system. They now offer a fridge pitcher too with the same powerful filtration system. Use my code: THEVIEWS for 15% off taken in Big Fork, Montana by @oxbow.builders

The finishing touches are in, and it’s almost time to see this home in person. 🤍

This project has been especially fun to watch come together, with thoughtful details, beautiful materials, and tile and stone selections woven throughout the home.

We’ll be sharing a few sneak peeks this week, but the best way to experience it is in person.

Come explore the finished home during the Flathead Valley Parade of Homes, September 19–20.

We can’t wait to show you around. taken in Bigfork, Montana by @oxbow.builders
