Pushing myself to share works in progress more often! I always find an excuse to 'wait' and then end up never sharing anything- so lets break that silly habit!

Ive been enjoying the labor of love that is building out the shell of my future studio. The frame for the walls have gone up this last week and I've been taking advantage of the nice (albeit hot) weather to get some much needed sunlight in my life. I hold incredible respect for the framers, carpenters and construction crews who do this full time and make their career constructing the buildings that become our dwellings.

As always, thank you to @centerforcraft and the @wlfalumni_centerforcraft for their support- as it allows me to pursue this project over the course of my fellowship with them! by @oxcart.craft

Had an INCREDIBLE time at @arrowmont_school assisting @aspen_golann 's brushes and brooms workshop over this last week! I learned so much more than I could have prepared myself for and it was a wicked fun opportunity to get a taste of what instructional workshops could look like. I met a lot of super talented individuals and look forward to keeping in touch with them all in the future!
Also a shoutout to @centerforcraft for making it possible for me to take the time to go out- kicking off my year as a 2025 Windgate-Lamar fellow! taken in Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts by @oxcart.craft

I've never had to stay overnight to get a project done, but here we are, 9 hours until the end... taken in Massachusetts College of Art and Design by @oxcart.craft
