Happy Resurrection Sunday from our family to yours! Jesus is alive and reigns forever!!!🙌🏻
I know it’s been a while since I’ve made a post on here. Life has been so busy this passed year, but also very rewarding with lots of surprises! As you can see, we’ve grown into a family of 7!😱 God has blessed us with another baby boy who lights up our world with his never ending smile😍 Even though he arrived 2 month premature, he is fully healthy and such a joy for our entire family!
Jesus has been faithful in His promises and despite the hardships, sleepless nights, lots of doctor appointments and hospital stays, He remains the same yesterday, today and forever!!! He carries us when we can’t walk, he lifts us when we become faint and through His resurrection he resurrects us to new life each day!

He is risen!!! He is ALIVE!!!

Month of September and beginning of October are our busy Birthday filled months! 🎉🎂🎈🎁

September 14th our beautiful daughter Milana turned 6 yrs old💐

September 18th Leo turned 9 yrs old🎈

October 7th our firstborn Isaiah turned 13 yrs old! He’s officially a teenager🙀 where has the time gone?

We are grateful to our Heavenly Father for blessing yet another year of our kids lives as they grow and mature into who God wants them to be!!! 🙏🏻❤️ by @oxykaft

There are seasons in life that seem impossible to go through without breaking. This season has reached our family. We’ve been through many trials, ups and down throughout our marriage but nothing prepared us for this!

Roman was discharged from the Hospital on Friday May 14th. I was home for exactly one full day when my husbands fall accident happened. ER missed his right hand breakage and thankfully orthopedics repeated X-rays and realized it was much worse. He had his surgery on Wednesday on both hands and his left wrist has 9 screws😢

That same week Leo got a stomach virus and was miserable for 3 days. 😭

After only a few days home from the hospital Roman started exhibiting symptoms of a cold. Runny nose, watery eyes and acted super cranky. Slowly his fever started rising each day and his breathing became more labored. Today after a rough night we decided to come back to ER where they decided to place him back on RAM to give his lungs some relief. We are getting admitted for the 5th time since March 🤦🏼‍♀️

Please pray for Igors and Romans full healing and restoration. My feet and hands may shake but my faith is not shaken! I know who holds the present and the future and I fully trust and rely on His grace to carry us through this dark valley.

he THOGHT he won by using Judas, by using high priest, Pharisees, Pilot and our heavy burden of accusation and sin!

he THOUGH the heavy stone and strong fully armored soldiers would keep Him in the grave.

BUT!!!!

There is always a BUT in good story...

SUNDAY came, stone rolled away and death, devil, demons, curses, sickness were defeated forever!!!

JESUS ROSE FROM THE DEAD!!!!!

Life is so busy, life is so loud and chaotic, but what if in the midst of all this craziness we pause and wait for the Lord in silence?

Stopping everything and just sitting quietly and waiting for Him to speak. How can He get our attention to communicate with us if we are running around day in and day out?

Roman getting hospitalized was not on my calendar but sitting here on day 6, I’ve realized how this time of pause has been good for my soul. How much more time I have of total silence and time to listen to that still small voice of the Holy Spirit. Even though my child is battling this nasty virus, my soul is fully calm and rested. I have no fear, anxiety or depression. I am fully trusting in the one who created Roman and knows every single day of his future life.

When we sacrifice our precious time and spend it in a quiet place with the giver of peace, we will leave that quiet place with peace. If we come to the joy giver, we will leave joyful. If we spend time one on one with Jesus, we will reflect all of His attributes. Whatever or whoever we spend most time with, we tend to become.

Find that time of silence and wait for the Lord. Don’t come just for an instant answer, but come to Him and spend time with Him face to face so we can become a true reflection of Jesus to our families, friends and to this world!❤️

Many people ask WHY?! “God WHY is this happening?” “WHY am I going through this?” “WHY can’t you just heal?!” “WHY the suffering?”

Through my journey starting with Leo, I’ve learned not to ask the “WHY” questions, but rather “for WHAT” Lord?

Everything we go through in life either good or bad, it transforms us, teaches us, and equips us. We can’t change certain situations that happen to us or to our loved ones. It’s called life! And sometimes life throws us curve balls that were not expected, wanted, or called for! But the ball is already in your court, what are you going to do about it?

We can complain, get mad at God and even give up on our relationship with Him. Instead of running to Him in crisis, we often tend to run away from Him. We run from our comforter, our teacher and our peace giver!

No one in this world can calm your heart, your mind and your emotions like Jesus and His Holy Spirit! He was given to us in times like these, times of suffering, times of hardships and times where there are no answers.

So instead of running from Him, today I choose to run to Him! To lay my pain and my burdens at His holy feet. He will wipe away my tears, He will sing a sweet melody to my soul and I can rest in His mighty arms! I can stay in that peaceful presence of the Holy Spirit and let Him heal every soul wound that’s been ravaged by “life”

In that presence I can ask Him “Lord, “What for? What do you want to teach me through this?”

Even Jesus cried to His Abba, Father while in Gethsemane to take away his suffering, but in the end He only wanted for Gods will to be done! If Jesus endured the worst possible suffering imaginable, I’m sure the hardships and suffering we go through are miniature in comparison.

And He will answer! Sometimes with a still small voice, sometimes through His powerful written Word and sometimes even through worship songs.

So I will cling to these words today:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
"Abba, Father,” he cried out “everything is possible for you. Please take this cup of suffering away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.” Mark 14:36

“My God is so big, and so strong, and so mighty, there’s nothing my God can not do!”🙌🏻

As Romans Birthday approaches in just a few short weeks, I can’t but reflect on all of Gods goodness, mercy and grace over this passed year!

He’s been faithful, trustworthy and His promises are always yes and amen!!
2020 was a hard year for many, us included. But through this dark valley we had our good, good Shepard leading the way. Through every sleepless night, busy appointment-filled-days, and few to little answers from the Doctors, Jesus has remained by our side! He gave us strength, courage and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Raising not one but two special needs children is not easy, but when I was exhausted, weary and ready to give up, Jesus was right there to lift me back up. Through this entire journey Jesus through His Holy Spirit has been closer than ever before! In our weakness His strength shines through. In our distress he calms the storm! In our uncertainty He makes a way!🙌🏻

Roman is tiny for his age. At only 15 lbs he’s still able to catch the attention of everyone around him especially with his “roaring” cry🦁(hence his middle name) His smile melts every heart!❤️ He has 8 teeth including one molar!😳Roman is holding his head like a champ and is learning to sit up like a big boy. He has movement in every part of his body and we know at his timing he will reach all of his milestones.

Though the journey ahead is unknown to us, we fully trust and rely on the One who knitted Roman together and gave him life! He is perfectly and wonderfully made in Gods image!

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us” - Ephesians 3:20

Month of September has been a busy yet such a rewarding month for our family! We celebrated so many birthdays and Gods miracles!!!
🧁Milanka turned 5 yrs old
🎂Leo turned 8 yrs old and
🍰Roman turned 6 months old!
Everyone is staying healthy and happy!❤️
Roman received great news from his Cardiologists, his aorta has grown and there will be no need for a surgery! He doesn’t need to be seen again until he turns one years old! Thank you Jesus!!!❤️🙌🏻 Roman was also seen by orthopedics for his tiny feet. And once again we received great news, Roman doesn’t need braces and his feet have good movement and function!!! It’s hard not to compare Roman and Leo and I’m slowly learning not to compare. God is faithful in His promises! Leos feet and hands were braced very early on so to see Roman not needing any of this is truly a miracle!!!🙌🏻
Roman also got flying colors from his pulmonologist! His oxygen levels are normal and his breathing is great! No more pulse oximeter!🙌🏻
We are so very grateful for Gods hand of protection and grace over our family! So much “could have been” but it is not so, because His promises are yes and amen!!!
We are believing for many more great news ahead! 🙏🏻
Even though there is much unrest in the world right now, especially as we head towards elections, but I can truly say that I have peace that transcends all understanding! This peace is only found in the abounding love of Jesus!!!

Holy Spirit has been stirring my heart so strongly the last few weeks! He keeps telling me to pray like I’ve never prayed before!
Pray for this country, pray for our leaders, pray for our children, pray for the church! Because there is darkness in the spiritual realm that is trying to destroy everything good that we know!
So many eyes are closed and so many hearts are far away from the true source of love and peace!
Only Jesus is the answers for true peace, true joy and true love!!!❤️
Let’s pray for our country and our world, because in the next few months God will be exposing darkness like we’ve never seen before! He needs his church to be strong, to be courageous and to shine the light of Jesus to all around! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

“Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.” Philippians 4:4

Finally I captured the moment my heart melted and I became a puddle!
ROMAN SMILED!!! He reacted to my face and my voice!!! This is a HUGE MILESTONE for us. Leo didn’t react or smile for us until he was almost 1 years old. And he smiled only when we tickled him. So for Roman to respond with a smile voluntarily, means he understands!!! Oh what a joy and victory this is! I’m just so overwhelmed with emotions right now and I’m so grateful to Jesus for carrying Roman thus far and for the little miracles that we can witness through his short life with us!
He is faithful, He is kind, He is able, He is ALL that we could ever need or want!!!❤️🙌🏻 Trust Him, lean on Him, seek Him! There will be valleys, storms, and deserts ahead but in each season of life He is right beside us, He sends these “smiles” at us to remind us of His faithfulness!!! ❤️ Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
