Set Link Nano is an ethernet bridge based on wifi halow technology. In Europe, it uses the frequency range of 863-868mhz, allowing for long range stable communications. To simplify, it acts as an “air cable”. Set Link Nanos do not appear on your network and it will seem as if the ethernet device is plugged in straight into your switch or device.

It boots in 6 seconds and the expected range is 100+ meters in line of sight (tested up to 2km) and 30-100m with obstacles depending on environment. Don’t expect “magical” results but do expect massive range improvement and stability over regular 2.4/5ghz wifi. Bandwidth expectations is from 5mbps to 1mbps depending on quality of reception.

The Set Link Switch is a 3 port gigabit Ethernet switch made for film sets. 2-pin LEMO 5-36V reverse polarity protected, 42 g, hides under a monitor or behind a battery plate.

I’m super excited to share some snippets from @arri latest YouTube Video Series of the release of the Camera Companion App.

Darrel from @upgrade_innovations has kindly recommended my iPad Mini and Pro plates to Arri Marketing team in Germany who have asked me to send some demo units.

The iPad Mini plates were created for this exact reason - for DIT’s and Camera Assistant to be able to control Arri Cameras directly from their iPads via WiFi or long range devices such as the @oz_color.fr Setlink.

It’s such an honour and a feeling of accomplishment to be recognised and for my products to be used in @arri video series 🙏🏼

Helpful bubble level bracket for balancing your steadicam. At a glance leveling for fast and global adjustments. Fits to the post with two included M4 screws. Bubble levels are press fitted into the bracket and will hold in place.

ARRI 10 pin to Ethernet + Lemo 2

Simplify your camera builds with power and data in a single cable.

Beware as the power coming from Alexa's ethernet is 24V. Your lemo 2 will then output 24V (not a problem with our Set Link Nano as they can take from 5 to 36V).

USB-C to Lemo-2

Power your Set Link Nano straight from a USB port. The USB-C port requests Power Delivery (PD) at 15V. If connected to a USB PD port, the output tension will be 15V. If connected to a USB NON PD port, the output tension will be 5V (which will still power a Set Link Nano). It also works with USB-A Male to USB-C Female adapter.

It can also power any device that has a Lemo 2 port and that supports up to 15V input (Teradek, Monitor…) Please do check carefully that your device supports this tension as it is quite a bit higher than 12V. by @oz_color.fr

Compatible with Red Raptor XL / XL [X] / Rhino and DMSC-2 cameras. DSMC-2 cameras will not work with Setlink Nano as they need a Gigabit ethernet connection.
