🍷✨ WINE DINNER RECAP ✨🍷

We teamed up with @johnnystavern for a night that took our taste buds on a full gastronomic tour of Italy!

From Piedmont to Sicily, Chef Eli served his take on traditional Italian dishes paired with some of Italy’s finest pours 🍝🍷

Shoutout to @ozwinecompany ny + @vine_farmer for helping us bring small-production, big-personality wines straight to Amherst 🙌🏻

So… should we work on more wine dinners in the future 👀 by @ozwinecompany

Two Golds. One Spirit 💛🏅

We’re honored to share that Hana Soju 20 and Hana Soju 60 have both been awarded Gold Medals at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition 🙏

Crafted from rice, water, and traditional Korean fermentation, these spirits represent what naturally produced domestic soju can become!

To see both expressions recognized on such a respected stage is deeply meaningful. ❤️

Thank you to @matchbookdistilling for being such incredible partners and everyone who has supported Hana Soju from the beginning.

Sun’s gonna be out this weekend! Grab a bottle of this Thomas Fogarty Chardonnay and celebrate with one of the Santa Cruz Mountains’ most revered estate wine producers.

90 Points - Vinous: The 2022 Chardonnay (Santa Cruz Mountains) is a charismatic introduction to this range. It boasts a dialed-down dose of the salty, mineral-driven tension you’d expect from the Santa Cruz Mountains, with loads of spice, broken rocks, oily lemon peel, chalk and just-ripe orchard fruit. A touch of forgivable heat pokes its head up at the close. by @ozwinecompany
