April 15th 2020 was the first day I ever heard a BTS song. Jungkook and jimin’s voice entranced me on the track Who with Lauv, and from there I was trapping in a loop every ARMY goes through.

On May 24th 2026, 6 years later, I accomplished the single thing on my bucket list which was seeing them live and in concert. And it was the best night of my life.

Thank you BTS for these past 6 years you have helped me grow. Thank you for teaching me that it’s ok to stumble and fall and make mistakes. Thank you for teaching me that it’s ok to follow your dreams even if the world is so against you and Thank you for saving me. You might be seven normal guys from Korea but you are the world to me. Cheers to BTS 2.0 and cheers to Paytin 2.0 as well we will continue swimming together💜

While my 2025 did not feel like Wild flower and as joyful as I had wished it to be, I still find myself looking back and reflecting on the things I was blessed to receive and witness. I celebrated my birthday in Mexico with my aunt, my nephew is 2! Went to a Big Time Rush concert and Tate McRae! Spent time with friends both new and old and did a small amount of self reflection and self discovery! While there were many many downs, and those are very easy to dwell on, thinking of the good can brighten up things just when you need it. Farewell to 2025, and may new blessings greet us in 2026💜

This post is a little different than what I usually post but bare with me!

These are my parents. Today marks their 31st anniversary of being married (don’t ask me how long they have been together I have no idea.) over these 31 years they had 2 daughters. My older sister and myself (duh) though it has never been easy. Having arguments, raising kids, death, health scares, you name it they’ve gone through it. But they did it together. As someone who is a hopeless romantic and strives to find love throughout the world, they are my inspiration. Their love lives in me and will always live in me as I continue to live my life. They’ve shown me what it means to trust, learn, and most importantly how to care for others around me. So I want to take the time to appreciate them and applaud them on their commitment to each other. It’s a beautiful to love someone for so many years and watch them grow into a person whom you love even more. Congratulations to them and again, happy anniversary💜

As 2024 comes to a close we reflect back on the year and everything it has shown us and taught us. While I can’t say it was the best, I can say that I did a lot this year and I will forever be thankful for the memories and the new friends this year has given me. I met new family and enjoyed the company of new people. I hope to make many more memories with everyone in 2025. Thank you and happy new year!💜💜 by @p.balla21
