The Tiny T-Rex, Shak, Shakzilla, Skak a doodle doo, Cracky Shakky, Shakky Baby, Shak-Attack, Shakira Lynn is TWO today!!
After Thor passed she was big sad for awhile, but then Doug got her a doggie door and she loves to go in and out as she pleases, to bark, to run and to dig... she also loves taking things outside, from her toys to groceries she buys from the pantry.
She brings things in and out all the time, and it's now become a game to see what she gets out to the yard.
She still loves to torment Zeus and we have at least one all out wrestling match a day and nightly zoomies from outside to inside and all over the house, she's good for him and he does love her begrudgingly.
She's the sweetest girl who loves treats, heating pads, blue toys, squeakers, a Toothless build a bear, a satin travel pillow and Aaron; she will have a hard time come August 22nd. by @p.fill

And my super secret(ish) project is finished and on the road to their first public appearance
I was asked by Miss Montana Organization to create Miss Montana's shoes for Salute to Independence 250th USA Celebration Parade in Philadelphia on July 3rd and Show me your Shoes Parade at Miss America in September.
I'm honored to have produced their vision and this was a project that pushed me out of comfy 2D life!
Pulled my first project all nighter since Art school last night, finalizing them at any 5:45 this morning.
I will humbly admit, I love these and I can not believe I created them. by @p.fill

Happy Father's Day to my dad, Kevin and @fillerdouglas!

We had a short mini "vacation" this weekend, moved J and Savanna into a different apartment, we were able to eat at some of our fave Forks spots and tried a new one, Kaizen, which we highly recommend! J, headed west for work and we headed west home on Saturday, enjoying the beautiful green fields and watching the birds on all the lakes.

Aaron stayed home to work, thank you to everyone letting him take a shot at pet sitting, it's working well as something for him to do while he keeps up on PT and recovery! by @p.fill

Updated Summer Challenge lists!
Added my taste tests from the weekend and the Ranger's fun drinks!

Peachy Delight was amazing, I'm a peach fan and this was delicious!

I'm not a huge cherry or tequila rose person but the Cherry Rose Mudslide was yummy!

For those that don't know, I'm not a drinker at all, as in this is the most alcohol I've consumed over a couple weeks (other than my 40th birthday...oops), since 2016... no I've not been sober and fallen, I'm just not a drinker unless we're on vacation or there is a fun drink to have.

I just decided to try all of these and happen to have the time and peeps to share this little adventure with!

I legit drink Ginger Beer more than I probably should, that's what I had on Saturday at the concert and then a cold bottle of water.

Keep me posted on which ones you try!

The Fireworks have fired off, it's been a very stressful last few days, that were beyond my control but made me abandon an index, that being said I believe I reached 100% student coverage, which is rather tricky.
Thank you to everyone that provided info and photos.

A few Flashback branding pics from 09 and 10, and the stuff from today.
Praise the Lord for beautiful rain, the calves and cows were worked and as we headed to town the rain started, it was dusty, windy, cool morning.

Doug did have to grab a jumper out of the air and tackle it to the ground, but he didn't let go, all those football tackling drills must have sunk in.

Aaron gooped, then ran to grab something from farm, then tried out that new ACL to push cows. It was slightly stressful for me. But he did it, then said I think I need to head home to ice it. by @p.fill

We finished out the year in crafts with our take on Kinusaiga!
Next year I'll have some more examples and I learned a lot, I think for the first attempt it went great.

I think layered landscapes would be amazing with this technique.

Thank you for all the fabric donations, we will have plenty for a few years and actually students were able to utilize it for projects in other classes as well! by @p.fill

Kindergarten(1st day), Frosh(1st day), Senior(decision day)

He was sick the first day of kindergarten we'd found out days before about the antibiotics issues, he did not want to go and was so not wanting to be there.

Frosh, finally a big kid!

Senior: my Giants, lots of hours with these 2 in room 601 this year, felt pretty empty today. by @p.fill

Things are getting real, started prepping all the decor, got a WSC and Seton Hall shirt for decision day, I'll let you guess which one was less expensive and easier to get. by @p.fill
