Tonight for supper, we are eating kinda' khao soi a lovely soup made in Northern Thailand. I don't have the correct noodles the fish and hot sauce are from Vietnam, the broth is based on a spanish serrano jamon bone and no crunchy deep fried noodles to garnish. And we are not in Chiang Mai.

It was delicious.
