⁨ مزپف خوراکی مورد علاقه خانواده ماست😍 مزپف یه کمپین جدید شروع کرده که قراره توش ۱۰۰۰ تا جایزه داشته باشیم! 🎁🤩 ‪@leomazpof‬‪@leomazpof‬of هر هفته قراره قرعه‌کشی داشته باشیم و آخر این ۱۳ هفته هم یه جایزه ویژه در انتظارمونه: آیفون ۱۷ پرو مکس! 📱✨ حالا چطوری وارد بازی بشیم؟ 👇🏻 🎮 برید پیج مزپف که تگ کردم. 💌 کلمه «لئو» رو دایرکت کنین. 🕹 وارد بازی بشین، امتیاز جمع کنین و توی قرعه‌کشی‌های هفتگی شرکت کنین! پس اگه اهل بازی و چالش‌های جذابین، لئو منتظر شماست! 😎❤️ شما دوست دارین برنده کدوم جایزه بشین؟ 👇🏻😍⁩ 🍫 مواد لازم برای کیک شکلاتی • تخم‌مرغ: ۴ عدد • شکر: ۱۰۰ گرم برای سفیده + مقداری برای زرده • وانیل: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری • آرد: ۱۶۰ گرم • پودر کاکائو: ۲ قاشق غذاخوری • بیکینگ‌پودر: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری • روغن: ۵۵ گرم • شکلات آب‌شده: به مقدار لازم • خامه قنادی: به مقدار لازم 👩🏻‍🍳 طرز تهیه مرحله اول: آماده کردن کیک 🍰 ۱. ابتدا سفیده و زرده‌ی تخم‌مرغ‌ها رو از هم جدا می‌کنیم. ۲. سفیده‌ها رو با همزن می‌زنیم و شکر رو کم‌کم بهش اضافه می‌کنیم تا کاملاً پف کنه و فرم بگیره. ۳. وانیل رو اضافه می‌کنیم و کمی دیگه هم می‌زنیم. ۴. توی ظرفی جداگانه، زرده‌ها رو با مقداری شکر می‌زنیم تا کرمی و روشن بشن. ۵. سفیده‌ی فرم‌گرفته رو به‌آرومی و در چند مرحله به زرده اضافه می‌کنیم و با لیسک هم می‌زنیم تا پف مواد نخوابه. ۶. آرد، پودر کاکائو و بیکینگ‌پودر رو با هم مخلوط و الک می‌کنیم؛ سپس به مواد اضافه می‌کنیم. ۷. روغن رو هم اضافه می‌کنیم و مواد رو به‌آرومی هم می‌زنیم تا مایه‌ی کیک یکدست بشه. ۸. مایه‌ی کیک رو داخل قالب می‌ریزیم و در فر از قبل گرم‌شده با دمای ۱۵۰ درجه سانتی‌گراد، حدود ۵۰ دقیقه می‌پزیم. ۹. بعد از اینکه کیک کاملاً خنک شد، اون رو به شکل و اندازه‌ی دلخواه برش می‌زنیم.
