I just saw this movie yesterday because of your post! It's so beautiful, one of the best movies I ever seen!! I'm from Brazil and I'm truly sad that I don't see anyone talking about this movie here..I just wish everybody could see it and appreciate as I did. Much love 💙💙

Americans can’t walk to work like Europeans do, so they’re finding new ways to get their steps in.   Walking makes up about 26% of all trips in the UK, more than double the roughly 12% in the US, where most cities were designed around cars instead of sidewalks. Since walking isn’t built into the average American’s day, people are turning their steps into a game with real stakes.  Apps like Steppa let users put money on hitting their daily step goals, and everyone who finishes splits the pot, with the company reporting that people walk about 34% more per day during challenges. It’s a uniquely American fix, but the payoff is the same on either side of the Atlantic. Stanford research has linked walkable cities to higher activity levels, and a 2025 study in The Lancet Public Health tied hitting 7,000 steps a day to a 47% lower mortality risk compared to just 2,000. #SteppaPartner #america #europe #fitness
