Not a very glamorous post but electric is updated and we finally have it run to the garage. There was originally some knob and tube run through the oak tree to the garage and that is wild… now we just need to close some of the old holes in the siding and start prep for paint

The power to the garage, while sketchy AF, did work. It was taken out when a HUGE branch from the oak (over a foot in diameter and extending almost to the fence) took it out. Probably for the better!

If you have 5 minutes, you have time to make dinner! 🙌 We’re kicking off my new series with this cheesy chicken fajita pasta bake! 🌮🧀 Everything goes into ONE dish, there’s hardly any prep work, and the oven does the rest! 🌮 CHEESY CHICKEN FAJITA PASTA BAKE Ingredients: •12 oz uncooked penne pasta •2 cups chicken broth (adjust as needed) •1 packet fajita seasoning •12 oz frozen sliced peppers and onions •2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!) •1½ cups queso blanco dip Directions: 1.Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2.Add the uncooked penne, chicken broth, fajita seasoning, frozen peppers and onions, and shredded chicken to a 9x13 baking dish. 3.Stir everything together. You may need to adjust the amount of broth depending on your baking dish. You want the noodles just covered with liquid, but not drowning! 4.Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. 5.Remove the foil, stir, and pour the queso blanco evenly over the top. 6.Return to the oven uncovered for another 5–10 minutes, until the queso is hot and melty! One dish, five minutes of prep, and the easiest cheesy dinner for a busy fall night! 🍁 Who’s excited for more 5-minute fall dinners?! 🤎
