TSA just put the brakes on expanding their Gateside program, which lets non-flyers through airport security without a boarding pass. Expansion to roughly 300 airports is now on hold indefinitely, with no explanation. 😱

How it works:
✅ It’s free, but you need to be a TSA PreCheck member
✅ Apply at tsa.gov/gateside-login 1 to 3 days before your visit
✅ Each approval is for a specific date at a specific airport
✅ Visits may be capped based on passenger volume and airport capacity
✅ Bring your ID and go through the PreCheck lane like normal

Once you’re through, you can shop, grab a bite, and meet your favorite person right at the gate. It’s especially handy for parents of kids flying as unaccompanied minors, since you can walk them all the way to their flight. 🙌
