Thursday evening we picked up my Tiffany Setting after being gone for about seven weeks!!! I am so so happy to have it back and finally have it right!

In my previous post, I mentioned it had been gone a month for servicing. Which somehow turned into Tiffany completely resetting my diamond without my knowledge. Yada yada... Well after only having it home for a day, there were fuzzies catching on a prong which is not good! So my ring had to be sent out again. Prongs have been more rounded like they were before. It ultimately ended up going to NYC 4x, once without Tiffany even telling me!!! So who knows what happened there.

It has been one heck of a process which has been maddening, frustrating and exhausting for me. I am finally happy with my ring THANK THE LORD!!!!!

I truly wish LVMH had not bought out Tiffany. They have ruined the company in so many ways, service and quality included. Literally tarnished the Tiffany & Co. Brand! Such a shame. And this is coming from a longtime loyal customer... Hopefully one day Tiffany will find it's way through the mess and truly be Tiffany again. This is not how Charles Tiffany would have foreseen his company 186 years later.

Thankfully, they sent me my old setting back this week which has helped redeem themselves in my eyes. But I still despise LVMH and it's owner. Just saying.
