Also just to add a disclaimer; I say that fresh breast milk can be stored for 2 hours at room temp. That’s not right it’s 6 I believe. However, guidelines are forever changing so please check with your midwife or health visitor as to what to follow before storing. 🤍

My hubby bought me a mini fridge during my pregnancy because I needed really cold water (only thing I wanted to drink) and he justified it by saying we could use it for this reason as well. I was amazing, especially when I’d pump during the night as well 👏🏻

TT actually do a breastmilk bottle warmer, can do from frozen, fridge, room temp for each oz you have, etc each function haa it's own timer which beaps when ready, was a absolute godsend for me! ❤️❤️

We have the same warmer and have figured that for a 90ml bottle, put on highest setting and leave it like that to do the cycle twice, then after the second ‘boil’ it’s usually perfect for us

Can I ask why you exclusively pump rather than just breast feed/formula feed? No judgement AT ALL, just genuinely interested. I really struggled with pumlin
