Extremely Grateful to be a part of this "Gender Neutral Guide" along with @kanmaniposts. It's launched now.
Thanks a lot @fred.rogerss for providing me this wonderful opportunity.
It was a different world and experience for me, working with bureaucrats. This success is a result of outstanding teamwork.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with such a intelligent and committed team.
Smriti Z Irani says "This guide reshape discourse, urging hightened awareness and inclusivity in language. A collaborative effort by NGCC, LBSNAA, with support from UN women. This guide empowers civil and public servants ND addresses implicit biases"
