Borrowing my post preserved for Tumblr, what's your goal for 2024?

• I want to invest and save up to find a new home. Me and my sister want to leave where we stay and get away from those stalkers and their demented animal abusing brother.

• Save up money to buy a new car since the money I had went to helping with bills and a family emergency.
• Read more books, since I was able to read once a day last year for my resolutions goal.
• Learn how to animate backgrounds.

LOOK MOM NO HANDS! FINALLY technology in the accessible space has caught up with the future. Come take a @struttofficial Strutt EV1 for a test drive at a dealership near you! @cambrykay https://www.strutt.us/pages/take-a-drive #ad

Comment “ROOT” if you want to learn more about how I approach supporting MCAS naturally. 🤍

Nowadays, so many people come to me dealing with MCAS or histamine-related symptoms.

These are some of the tools that supported me the most when I was dealing with intense histamine and mast cell symptoms, like quercetin + luteolin, calming herbs, targeted gut support and nervous system work.

But something I really want to emphasize: MCAS support often goes much deeper than just trying to lower histamine.

For me, it became about looking at the bigger picture:

• mineral status
• nervous system regulation
• gut + immune balance
• liver and detoxification support
• limbic system work
• adequate nourishment and recovery

The goal isn’t to spend your life avoiding more and more foods or chasing every flare.

It’s to understand what may be keeping your system so reactive in the first place and support the body from multiple angles.

If you’re dealing with MCAS, tired of constantly managing symptoms, and want to start looking at what may be driving that reactivity underneath it all, comment ROOT to join my free masterclass Nov 10th 🤍

Julia & Ezra have gained more new followers than any other couple this season, and they're still on the bubble tonight.

Their fans aren't the problem. Their judges' scores are. Last week's 26 was the lowest score of any couple still competing, and it dropped them from 4th to 9th of 10 on the season leaderboard. Guest judge Shirley Ballas gave them a 4, but even without her paddle, they'd have been second-lowest on Horror Night.

Right now they're 5️⃣ at 12%. But that's built on last week's score. Another low score tonight could push them into the danger zone. Great fan numbers can only carry a couple so far if the judges keep scoring them low.

This week is close. Every couple from 2️⃣ to 5️⃣ is within 9 points, and only 1 point separates Jenna & Val (15%) from Maura & Mark (14%). The top three carry 63% of the risk, less than usual, so more couples are in play tonight.

1️⃣ Tatyana & Jan (27%): last on the season leaderboard with the judges. But her fans keep showing up. She survived last week's double elimination with the second-lowest combined score, and they're near the top on new fans this week.

2️⃣ Amber & Pasha (21%): a strong 36 last week, but near the bottom on fan growth this season, and their posting isn't landing with voters.

3️⃣ Jenna & Val (15%): near the top with the judges (37 last week), but the fewest new fans of any couple, this season and this week.

On the bubble: Maura & Mark (14%) are middle of the pack with the judges but near the bottom on every fan measure.

Safe for now: Connor & Rylee (5%) had by far the most new fans in the cast this week, Ezra & Daniella (3%) are near the top on everything, and Harry & Jenna (2%) are coming off a perfect 40.

Both couples sent home last week were in our bottom three.

🚨 The show is on MONDAY tonight because of Election Day. Final odds update live in our Instagram chat channel as the scores come in. 🚨
