POSTS STORIES REELS

Warning, slide 9 is of a dead dog shared by Jarod. If I can have the reader's attention please, I want to share a problem I am going through. I also shared on my blog if the viewer wants to read there.

For 3 years, I have tried to report one of my former neighbors involved with dog fighting. He asked for dog fights in his story, and shared a video of him, what sounds like his sister Carolyn Hoard and guests laughing at a dog bitten on the collar by Jarod's pitbull. Jarod confessed in the comments his pitbull killed 4 dogs. His sister Hoard liked the video, and since Williams follows his family on Instagram I am certain they know of these videos.

When I contacted the police the first time in 2018, an officer informed me that I need to know the address of where Jarod lives, despite that he is a registered felon and lives in Georgia to this day. In 2018, there was no option to report animal cruelty, but moderators refused to take down the video reporting under violence.

I then tried asking on Twitter and Reddit for help, and though people reported his account was not taken down. I contacted Peta, but they responded they will do what they can to help. This year, the video was removed but Williams continues to be on Instagram and at times shares videos of his other dogs. He also shared a disturbing picture of a dead dog next to an African statue. Dekalb police have yet to respond to my message if an investigation will be done.

I should have posted here sooner, but fear (Jarod's family and their friends harrassed us and involved with shooting my mother's house in 2013 and 2015) and personal problems were affecting my mental health. I want the other dogs rescued and Jarod arrested for animal cruelty. His relatives like Carolyn need to be investigated since they know by @officiallyesoteric

The eighth anniversary is approaching when my mother's house was shot. Our neighbors asked their friends who lived on another street to shoot our house with paint guns, which continue to be visible as we are currently trying to replace the vinyl.

Since June 2013, former neighbors Conswala Williams, her children Carolyn Hoard, Dazjah Williams, Jarod Williams, Demonte Williams and Daquez Johnson brought crime, harassment, death threats, trespassing, littering, their school friends harassing us since they lived across the street. Dekalb County police did little to no help to protect my household when constantly called to report the death threats, intentional trespassing, slander since Hoard was lying that my brother was a rapist and so many problems to list. The officers would arrive late EVERY time, and the people we called 911 on would flee by the time the police came.

Police refused to help us identify the faces who were all involved, so I had to use social media to find the faces we can remember, including Steven Matthews, Tye'rell Brady, Tyler Brown, Marcus Butler who pointed a gun in my face in 2014 or Deteroria Weaver. Because my house did not have security cameras then, I know that trying to convince people is a challenge. Then, there was the issue of the media; When our house was shot May 27, 2015, my brother immediately called @foxnews
@fox5atlanta to please share our story and show the damage made to our house in a drive-by. A van drove by our house, and did not come to speak to us. If only I remembered to take a picture that morning, that would have been proof against them.

With what gadgets we then owned, we recorded and took pictures of what we could. Was not enough to issue a warrant against these people, including what was being posted online on their social media. I am searching for a lawyer who will take our cases, since my siblings could not get an attorney to return their calls when they asked around 2015 - 2017. I will not give up, for my relatives.

I will not stop trying to get our story seen so that we can receive justice at least, the gang members exposed and arrested. by @officiallyesoteric

I have in my way try to fight for justice since 2013 when my neighbors asked their friends to shoot our house with a paint gun.

I refuse to give up after what we went through. If I could ask for a prayer request please that my relatives receive justice and all who are involved be arrested? That we can move to a safer community? I have minuscule faith due to what happened to me and my relatives, but I try to believe in the power of prayer.

- I want the evidence I shared to be more known, that the renters were doing gang activity online, making death threats to people and selling food stamps when they flash money on Instagram. I contacted police many times on this, but the reader is going to have to ask why Dekalb East Precinct ignored reporting online crime when these people are felons and could easily be found. @dekalbcountypd

- That Jarod Williams and his family be arrested for animal cruelty. This man has shared evidence of animal cruelty since 2018, and to my knowledge has yet to be stated. If the reader viewed my blog, you would have seen that evidence by now.

- That we can start over in a quiet area. We keep to ourselves, and rarely interact with other people, more than ever thanks to those criminals. The renters friends continue to live here, and have been seen on my cameras watching my house. I want to move far from this "community" and not ever see these garbage neighbors again.

Those are the prayers I want answered please, for my relatives. That is what I want since 2021 did not bring the news I wanted to hear. Perhaps in 2022, we can have a breakthrough. May the reader have a mirthful year I suppose. #newyear #prayer #prayerrequest #christian #christianity #georgia #newyearseve by @officiallyesoteric

You would be 52 today had you survived the car crash. You're on our mind more than you realize brother.

I wonder if you would've become the football star or model you wanted to be. Who you would've married since you wanted a family one day.

I wonder how life would've been for us if you were here. Carlos is a kind boy that was selfless and helpful, he loved buying mother food or giving her surprise gifts. Since mother struggled a lot on her own, there was only so much me and my siblings could do.

I know our family doesn't want our pictures online to protect our privacy but I wanted to bring attention to your story big brother. You deserve to be acknowledged and remembered. Your last day here was trying to help a friend who needed your help. That's the kind of teen Carlos was: if you needed help he'll try his best to be there for you. I don't know if we'll ever learn the truth who was following you in a yellow Cadillac that caused you to swerve and crash. The man in that same car left Carlos to die in the fire but saved the young lady he was driving with to go see his friend. There's so many unanswered questions.

SA awareness month became official in 2001.

I rarely saw others speak about SAAM but I hope this can change to help victims whether they're men, women or children.

I fortunately never experienced violence but I was a victim of sexual abuse as early as 5 years old, following with abuse on and off from peers at school. I regret not telling my mother everything out of fear and shame. So many boys, girls and women were victims of sexual abuse and unfortunately I've had a cousin violated by force when she was 12.

The scars never healed and never will in my opinion. Despite I feel this is oversharing I did begin sharing my story online in hopes others know you're not alone and learn to never keep silent about abuse or SA. Don't keep the cycle going.

Our life is our legacy. What do you want to be remembered by?

I want to live a life that shows that despite I started with a troubling childhood I tried my best to help my mother and sister when others wouldn't.

I tried to bring us justice when our life was faced with adversaries and constant injustice.

I sought to grow as a woman and returned to school. I have certificates and a new diploma now from my online school. The next chapter is still in progress.

That's the legacy I want to leave behind. #2025 #lifequotes by @officiallyesoteric

There have been no arrests. And if any harm comes to me, the people all involved are free and on social media. They were once my neighbors and still live in the area to this day. They're still watching my home (I have the doorbell footage as proof Hoard and her brother stopped by my house this year in his black truck after mocking my brother on his bike ride).

And with the animal cruelty case I contacted so many people since 2018 about Jarod and Carolyn, including emailing content creators to share my videos as proof. I also contacted people like @drboycefinance or Philip Scott @philscottshow to interview me because the Georgia police refused to help with the neighbors making threats and who shot my home and the same people doing animal cruelty online.

I think it's obvious no one cares about the gang activity, or them confessing to selling guns and drugs on social media or bragging about killing people in so I no longer comment on that. But with the animal cruelty case, I contacted PETA, Ascpa and so many shelters. Many of them told me to either forward to the police or they can't find them.

This year Jarod and Carolyn were seen on their sister Dazjah IG page celebrating her pregnancy. The police don't want to find them. I did all that I could and in 2024 I'm still contacting and emailing people. by @officiallyesoteric

Jarod and his siblings friends are watching my page but I'll share this anyway.

I've reported this man since October 2018 and no one has arrested him yet for dog fighting. I mentioned his sister Carolyn Hoard @/ pinkiepinkk is heard in one of the videos laughing at the dog from the older videos. Jarod is heard on video saying his pitbull would "tear a dog apart."

He was in a picture with his other sister Dazjah Williams @/ dazjahh and the police claims they can't find him.

The Georgia police didn't care that I've reported him and gave evidence to them multiple times. Neither of his family should own a dog since they follow each other on social media and definitely had to know about what Jarod and Carolyn has done. I've been sharing with the police and other animal rescue groups in Georgia, they refused to locate him if he had time to show up at his sister's engagement party.

I know people don't care about the death threats he and his family gave to mine, that they're involved in shooting our home, that he's a felon or committed food stamp fraud, but I know many like me care about animal cruelty. 2024 is here, no arrests. Please help, someone bring attention to this story.

I have reported this man for 5 years now. First to @peta then @aspca and then the local police and shelters. Since 2018, this man has been breeding dogs and doing dog fighting while sharing the evidence online.

His name is Jarod Williams, a felon in Lithonia, GA and I need the public's help since the police refuse to search for him and his sister who was in one of the videos laughing at a pitbull yelling. His family idled by home in November 2023, so I know they continue to be in the area stalking my home

If anyone can help track him down please contact DeKalb County East Precinct or PETA. #animallovers #animalabuseawareness #dogsofinstagram #pitbull #viralvideos by @officiallyesoteric

Borrowing my post preserved for Tumblr, what's your goal for 2024?

• I want to invest and save up to find a new home. Me and my sister want to leave where we stay and get away from those stalkers and their demented animal abusing brother.

• Save up money to buy a new car since the money I had went to helping with bills and a family emergency.
• Read more books, since I was able to read once a day last year for my resolutions goal.
• Learn how to animate backgrounds. by @officiallyesoteric

2024 is here and my goal is to not waste precious time of your life being lazy, procrastinating or wandering through life doing the same detrimental habits.

I learned recently that the total hours we spend in a year is 8,760 hours, 525k minutes: I personally do not want to waste another second watching life pass me by and not fulfilling my dream, which is too help my loved ones.

Despite that I hate living, I'll go as long as I can before I can wake up no more. by @officiallyesoteric

I wasn't going to upload this because no one has helped me, but I'm hoping by a miracle I can reach the right people. I spoke to PETA, ASPCA and police many times: no one has been able to find him which I don't find true.

DeKalb County police refuse to help find him and his sister, despite if they see their page they'd know Jarod and Carolyn constantly frequent in the Atlanta/Decatur area. I shared emails about what the police told me in 2022. Please share if you can to bring attention to this.
