Warning, slide 9 is of a dead dog shared by Jarod. If I can have the reader's attention please, I want to share a problem I am going through. I also shared on my blog if the viewer wants to read there.

For 3 years, I have tried to report one of my former neighbors involved with dog fighting. He asked for dog fights in his story, and shared a video of him, what sounds like his sister Carolyn Hoard and guests laughing at a dog bitten on the collar by Jarod's pitbull. Jarod confessed in the comments his pitbull killed 4 dogs. His sister Hoard liked the video, and since Williams follows his family on Instagram I am certain they know of these videos.

When I contacted the police the first time in 2018, an officer informed me that I need to know the address of where Jarod lives, despite that he is a registered felon and lives in Georgia to this day. In 2018, there was no option to report animal cruelty, but moderators refused to take down the video reporting under violence.

I then tried asking on Twitter and Reddit for help, and though people reported his account was not taken down. I contacted Peta, but they responded they will do what they can to help. This year, the video was removed but Williams continues to be on Instagram and at times shares videos of his other dogs. He also shared a disturbing picture of a dead dog next to an African statue. Dekalb police have yet to respond to my message if an investigation will be done.

I should have posted here sooner, but fear (Jarod's family and their friends harrassed us and involved with shooting my mother's house in 2013 and 2015) and personal problems were affecting my mental health. I want the other dogs rescued and Jarod arrested for animal cruelty. His relatives like Carolyn need to be investigated since they know
