So many of the best entrepreneurs can quickly move from idea to first sale. Then they use that momentum to get the second, the third, etc.

What about for something like a newsletter, where it takes time to build an audience to be able to sell ads?

But my idea requires a $billion… 🤷🏻♂️ I would rather sell one object to one customer for a $billion than to sell $1 objects to a billion people. Also, if something costs me $100 to produce I feel bad selling it for 101 because I know I only paid 100 for it in the first place. It feels scammy. How do I make a sale if I don’t have anything to sell?
