Last spring, I had the pleasure of being approached by @pmavelo and @baltimorebicycleworksracing to design and illustrate a poster for the 2023 Flower Mart Crit. The inspiration for the design was based on a mock flyer I had created for fun the previous year. It was a joy to have the opportunity to refine and enhance the concept, giving it a bit of a makeover for the 2023 race.
Despite the unfortunate cancellation of the race days before it was set to happen, I'm still quite in love with the poster! Lemon sticks are such a fun and iconic piece of Baltimore and I can't help but to smile any time I see reference to them.

We think @flowermartbmore and @mountvernonplace should hire you for their design needs given the race’s permanent hiatus!

NO SEX
NO PLEASURES
NO JOY
“He’s a good man. He just doesn’t do romance.” No — Saturn sits in your 7th house. 🕯️
SATURN IN THE 7TH HOUSE — why does your marriage feel like a DMV? Shani, karaka of delay and duty, sits in Kalatra Bhava — the house of the husband. Take a number. Wait. Get nothing. No sex. No pleasures. No joy.
SATURN’S DRISHTI ON VENUS OR THE 7TH LORD — why is every conversation about logistics? Bills. Kids. Repairs. Schedules. Saturn’s cold glance dries Shukra — the karaka of pleasure — until intimacy feels like a chore on a to-do list. No flirting. No teasing. No play. You feel managed, not desired.
SATURN’S 7TH ASPECT ON YOUR LAGNA — when did you become an obligation? From the 7th, Saturn’s full drishti lands on Tanu Bhava — your body. He remembers the bills but not your body. Duty falls on the body, not desire. You don’t have a husband. You have a co-signer.
SATURN’S MATURITY — is this cold forever? No. Saturn matures at 36 — warmth comes late, not never. In Libra, Capricorn or Aquarius, the same Saturn gives the most loyal marriage once it wakes. The question isn’t if it turns — it’s when, and whether you can wait blind.
Saturn doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to structure and timing. Your chart holds both.

“He’s a good man, he just doesn’t do romance.”
That line is a fake fact. Saturn, the karaka of delay and duty, sitting in Kalatra Bhava turns the relationship into a service counter.
