My #2 is beginning his twentieth trip around the sun today! My Matty has made every minute of these past 19 years better, because he’s been in them. When Matty was little he never wanted to leave home or have me leave him. So many nights were spent singing this song and rocking him back to sleep. Those tender days are distant memories. He’s now living his best life, either on a river, in the ocean or snowboarding down a mountain. . . and occasionally in a classroom. Matty, I love you. Thank you for continuing to be my sunshine.☀️
