Thank you very much to everyone who donated to the @preserveinternational Cowtown Marathon fundraiser. Myself and fellow Cowtown racers (shoutout Jenna and Dixya) raised over $2500 which is amazing.

It was much harder and painful than I thought it would be and recovery is still ongoing, but it was also, weirdly, much more fun than I thought it would be. The little voice in my head that is constantly asking, “what are we doing? why are we doing this??!” when I was training was mostly quiet throughout the day.

@thecowtown marathon is an incredibly well organized event, the vibes were exceptional, just a great day.

I know there are many of you thinking “oh man I meant to donate, but now the race is over it’s too late.” Don’t worry! It’s not too late to donate at all! (link in bio)
