Happy 37th Birthday to the legend, the GOAT, the master chef, the travel-planning points Queen. Every year with you brings something different and that’s just how we like it. Now that you’ve officially entered your early-late 30s, I can’t wait to see what adventures you dream up next. I am so lucky to be by your side for all of it. by @tomflight86

The Cowtown 5k is tomorrow! Arlo is raising money for an amazing cause where genuinely every penny goes to helping @preserveinternational in their missions. Please consider donating to his fundraiser! Link is in my bio.

Also, obviously Arlo can’t run this thing all on his own, so yeah, I’m running with him. I have to wake up at dawn on my weekend, run 5 kilometers in below freezing weather, and not only that I have to be positive and encouraging the whole time. Please help make it worth it! 🙏☺️ by @tomflight86

Arlo is running the Fort Worth Cowtown 5k. Please consider donating to his fundraiser (link in bio).

It has been a great gift for Arlo to have a front row seat seeing the incredible work his mother and the @preserveinternational team do in their mission to fight hunger in East Africa over the past 6 years.
Running the 5k to raise funds was his idea! I was initially very proud and supportive…then I realized I would have to run it with him, so obviously attempted to discourage the whole thing. But he is a determined young man so it’s happening in less than two weeks!

Every penny of your donation will go directly towards funding Preserve’s amazing work. by @tomflight86

Thank you very much to everyone who donated to the @preserveinternational Cowtown Marathon fundraiser. Myself and fellow Cowtown racers (shoutout Jenna and Dixya) raised over $2500 which is amazing.

It was much harder and painful than I thought it would be and recovery is still ongoing, but it was also, weirdly, much more fun than I thought it would be. The little voice in my head that is constantly asking, “what are we doing? why are we doing this??!” when I was training was mostly quiet throughout the day.

@thecowtown marathon is an incredibly well organized event, the vibes were exceptional, just a great day.

I know there are many of you thinking “oh man I meant to donate, but now the race is over it’s too late.” Don’t worry! It’s not too late to donate at all! (link in bio) by @tomflight86
