✨Mondays are for therapy, planning, and some outdoor time✨

I’ve learned to enjoy Mondays (it might be because it’s my day off of work) but there’s something special about the start to a new week! Enjoyed some time reflecting and planning the week and closed it off with a run and teaching my class. I’m getting close to finishing my book which is exciting as well! Here’s ti a new week!
