They have lost my packages and discarded them, I told them not to discard my packages on many occasions but they proceeded to do so without asking me. The reason was for more than a month my package had been missing due to their bad management, they didn't even notify me they lost the shipment until I asked them which was until 2 weeks, also no provision of compensation for all the time and stress. I just want my item to be found, packages 03-403-6671 and 03-402-6736 (I don't want a refund I just want my packages)

I warn all from this company . My shipment was stolen by uk team My package was delivered since 15 days ago and still didn’t appear at my account. Every day they tell me to wait for an email.

Hello My package with tracking number 8763215123 via DHL was delivered since 15 days I think I lost my package at your uk warehouse so I will send copy for all items invoices and the total shipping fees for 30 items with 24 kg. The total value for all my items may be around £1000. So kindly informed me if your team lost my package to send all this invoices also I will present complaint against your company for this delay and I will request £500 per delay day.

Honestly, this company. I have a problem with them for more than ten days and they couldn't solve the problem for me. I expect some of their employees are unprofessional. Every day they tell me to wait for an email.

My package with tracking number 8763215123 via DHL was delivered since 8 days ago and didn’t appear at my account up to now who is responsible for this delay! I will lose my business due to this delay. I made complaint with reference number 06575415 Since 4 days ago and nothing happened. I will shear my case now and will contact with my lawyer to take action against your company
