Back in the most unsexy french city of all Time for a 10k PR attempt, but funny enough that's exactly what i was looking for. Not having 20k people at the starting Line, work on your own pace all by yourself, a good weather and a race alongside a small river. I dont Ask much more honestly !
At the end, i finished the race just below 35 minutes for 2 seconds, which is crazy 🤯🤯 And i still have room to work with to finish the race stronger! 💪💪💪 My coach Théo nailed this program once again, thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏 A huge shoutout to my Club Runner Squad 🧡🧡 And the very last picture is a shoutout to @tigertonito i Also had my own powerup 🙈🙈
This race is SEVERLY underrated so i wouldn't be surprised to see more french runners going there next year, glad i did it first 😂😂😂 Have a nice Sunday, don't forget to vote & as always : Never Settle 🫡✌️
