Back in the most unsexy french city of all Time for a 10k PR attempt, but funny enough that's exactly what i was looking for. Not having 20k people at the starting Line, work on your own pace all by yourself, a good weather and a race alongside a small river. I dont Ask much more honestly !

At the end, i finished the race just below 35 minutes for 2 seconds, which is crazy 🤯🤯 And i still have room to work with to finish the race stronger! 💪💪💪 My coach Théo nailed this program once again, thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏 A huge shoutout to my Club Runner Squad 🧡🧡 And the very last picture is a shoutout to @tigertonito i Also had my own powerup 🙈🙈

This race is SEVERLY underrated so i wouldn't be surprised to see more french runners going there next year, glad i did it first 😂😂😂 Have a nice Sunday, don't forget to vote & as always : Never Settle 🫡✌️

[London Big Half 2023 🇬🇧]

I basically did a @armana_rai on this one... Ran without a watch, and smashed that PB with a 1h17'25 at the finish time ⚔️⚔️⚔️

Huge shoutout to my coach, the Lille Club Runner crew and the Step'N Team, we keep working and building for this type of results !!!

[Never Settle State of Mind 🫡✌️]

What does it mean to Never Settle ?

That's what i was thinking about while Fernando was filming.. 🎥🎥

Working together after discovering his work in Chicago in 2023 and meeting him in New York in 2024, is a full circle moment 🙌🙌

Because his work ethic and his track record speaks for itself. It's a class of its own 🔥🔥🔥

I'm truly honoured to be the 1st French to work with you. 🤝🤝

Forever grateful for this 🇫🇷 x 🇧🇷 connexion and for being able to put the Lille Club Runner on the map once again 🧡🧡

On my 10th Marathon & across the streets of the @berlinmarathon 🇩🇪🇩🇪 That's running heritage 🙏🙏

We all started somewhere. We're not genius.

But when you put the work you never know where it can takes you.

That's what "Never Settle" means to me 🫡✌️

We ain't done yet. 4 stars down. 2 left to go.

The marathon continues... ⭐⭐⭐⭐

[BMW Berlin Marathon 2026 🇩🇪 : Medal Monday 🏅]

@fe.celani thanks a lot for capturing everything this weekend. It was a real pleasure 🙌🙌 And @alice_yuri_ @leonardorunning it was great to see you again you crushed it very well done 🇧🇷🇧🇷🔥🔥
