Well done to all our students, especially if it was your first time doing a performance 💪

Also thanks to everyone who came to lend their support 🙌

1 week to go !!! Should we all throw stones at windows to celebrate ? And toy with people’s emotions ? And refuse to grow up ? And ask for loyalty whilst entertaining 5 other women ? two can play that game….. set your alarms <3 🕰️

One of my FAVORITE pods I’ve ever done - chopping up MUSIC & LIFE with my boy Elmo on @gowithelmo 🥃

I was hanging out in country dive bars on Lower Broad in Nashville, trying to get singing gigs… and I was 15 YRS OLD 🙋🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I was already 6’4 220lbs with a Magnum PI pornstache…imagine me going into these bars with no guitar, no band, BUT even at 15, I could drink, and sing some Randy, Merle & Hank Jr with the best of ‘em 😎😈🥃

Fast forward to today, where I have the honor of Executive Producing a first of its kind, inspired by album that we imagined for the sole purpose of creating opportunities for our Polynesian artists to share their beautiful voices and powerful mana with the world.

Check out our album VOICES ACROSS THE OCEAN everywhere music is played! 🎶

And check out my podcast GO WITH ELMO - a great dude with a profound love and insane talent for MUSIC 🎙️ 🎶

Shout to my fellow Executive Producers and lady bosses 💪🏾

It started today, so comment SPARK to join our 30-Day “Best of Us” Couples Challenge… designed to reignite the emotional and physical intimacy in your marriage! ❤️

If you plan to be married for a long time, you have to be intentional about combating complacency and taking each other for granted.

And that shows up in the little things.

How you greet each other (like we show in this video), the tone you use when speaking to each other, the affection you give, the conversations you initiate, and the effort you put into making each other feel special.

Feeling loved and connected doesn’t just happen because you’re physically around each other or committed to the relationship.

It’s created through your daily actions, attitudes, and the way you continue to show up for each other.

So take this to heart. Don’t let the years together become an excuse to stop doing the very things that made you fall in love in the first place.

Keep pursuing each other. Keep being intentional. Keep bringing out the best in each other. ❤️

And again, comment SPARK to join our special edition “Best of Us” Challenge! 💫

We only open this challenge 3 times a year, and nearly 60,000 couples have participated in our challenges. Just read the testimonials and you’ll see why couples love them so much!
