What an awesome weekend it was. The world championship single lift for the drug free federation and starting off with the squat.

1st attempt was 117,5KG (258,5lbs)
2nd attempt was 122,5KG (269,5lbs)
3rd attempt and PR 127,5KG (280,5lbs)

In my weight category I came in ๐Ÿฅˆ which I was more then happy with considering itโ€™s my first world championship.

I believe in a small government that still makes a huge impact and that the future should always be better than the past!! Over the summer I hosted @annieandrewsmd in my backyard and we talked a lot about freedom, the role of government, and how loving oneโ€™s country should be a lot more like the experience of loving a child. This week South Carolina has the opportunity to make history and elect its first female senator AND the first pediatrician ever to the US Senate. What I love most about Dr. Annie is that her North Star always has and always will be our children and future theyโ€™ll inherit from us. This election isnโ€™t about right or left; itโ€™s about right or wrong!! Should people have access to healthcare? Should work provide a livable wage? Should the needs of humanity take precedence over data centers? Should women have autonomy? Should all communities have access to real, healthy food? Should America be honest about its dark history while taking pride in its underlying promise? If you answered YES to any of those questions then thereโ€™s only one option in this senate race!!!! I hope youโ€™ll exercise the right soooo many people fought for this Election Day and VOTE Dr. Andrews for US Senate! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
My Rolex Submariner Kermit Ref. 16610LV is dead. Rotor isnโ€™t moving and canโ€™t wind it, so itโ€™s gone in for a service with Rolex. Iโ€™ve had it for over 10 years and it hasnโ€™t been serviced, so a service is well overdue, but ยฃ1,010 still stings. ๐Ÿ™ˆ
