The last day was the one we came for the Deadlift 🦍

I had some serious competition and it was nerve wracking because my final lift was not approved for not locking out on time but we still took 🥇

1st attempt 155KG (341lbs)
2nd attempt 170KG (374lbs)
3rd attempt PR 177,5 (390,5lbs)

I had an awesome but exhausting weekend and can’t wait for the next comp.

Thank you guys for all the digital support and offcourse the support at the venue ❤️❤️❤️

The 2nd day we continued with the benchpress, which is my least favorite lift because it’s my weakest lift.

Surprisingly I came in 🥈, which I was not expecting especially since they did not approve 2 of my lifts.

In the last 2 lifts my feet moved and that’s why they weren’t approved.

1st attempt 67,5KG (148,5lbs)
2nd attempt 72,5KG (159,5lbs)
3rd attempt 75,5KG (166,1lbs)

What an awesome weekend it was. The world championship single lift for the drug free federation and starting off with the squat.

1st attempt was 117,5KG (258,5lbs)
2nd attempt was 122,5KG (269,5lbs)
3rd attempt and PR 127,5KG (280,5lbs)

In my weight category I came in 🥈 which I was more then happy with considering it’s my first world championship.

Four unforgettable months in Aruba 🌴☀️
Grateful for all the time spent with family and friends, making memories I’ll carry with me forever. Even those 3AM workdays couldn’t take away from how special it all was.

Already counting down the days until I’m back for a much longer stay ❤️

Peru really said: “why choose one vibe when you can have them all?” 😏🌎

One minute I’m buggy riding in Huacachina, the next I’m spotting wildlife along the coast in Paracas, then eating my way through the buzzing streets of Lima 🍜✨ — and let’s not forget the breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains in between 🏔️

Honestly… this country is doing the absolute most (in the best way). Desert, ocean, mountains, city life — all in one trip?! I barely scratched the surface, so I’ll definitely be back 🇵🇪💃

Tried to capture the magic… but yeah, the pictures are lying 😅 Because HOW is it even more beautiful in real life?! The vibe, the energy, the whole place is just unreal. Safe to say: you just had to be there ✨

Started this hike questioning all my life choices… altitude, cold, no oxygen 😮‍💨
But somehow made it to the top — and wow, it was 100% worth it 🌈⛰️

From struggling every step to standing above the clouds… unreal experience.

And ending it all in Cusco, such a vibrant and beautiful city by @tyka_wh
