Life can be filled with conflict, uncertainty and circumstances that leave the heart unsettled. But God’s peace is not dependent on problems disappearing. Prayer and the promises of God’s Word can bring peace in the middle of life’s challenges. When circumstances feel overwhelming, look to the God of peace and trust Him to guard the heart.

This is nostalgic! 🥹 I’ve been assembling my Mom’s apple tree centerpiece on the eve of Christmas Eve for as long as I can remember. She has an Apple cone she purchased in the 80’s but since those are harder to come by I thought it would be fun to try my hand at a sugared version! Here’s what I used 👇🏼 24” Foam Cone: Found at Michael’s and even better if you can find a green one! I cut a little bit off the top for a flat top. Sugared Fruit: I found cheap ornaments from Hobby Lobby and removed the hanging piece. Pinecones: Secured with florist pick & wire Toothpicks Magnolia leaves and Holly from the yard!
