To make it, you start by adding your choice of colourful taro or yam cubes, followed by sweetened beans, coconut strips, and jackfruit. Top this off with crushed ice and sweet condensed milk ✨
We used:
Macapuno - coconut strings in syrup
Monggo - red mung beans in syrup
Nata de coco (green and red) coconut gel in syrup
Tinned Jackfruit fruit
Evaporated sweetened condensed oat milk by @naturescharm
