Do yourself a favour and give your bottles a good cleaning if it’s overdue. Especially the nozzle. Get some q-tips, some dish soap, baking soda or whatever you can get your hands on and clean that shit asap!! Learn from my mistakes !

Buy the straw cleaner from Dollarama, has different sizes easy to clean the hard spots in the lids. Also good for your 🌿 accessories 💀

I learned the hard way one day while at work. There was a smell that lingered even after rinsing. Took it home, sure enough, in that mouth piece part. I can’t even say it. Anyway, since then DAWN. Every single day. Without fail.

I use thermoflask bottles because I can easily buy replacement gaskets for them.

Don't forget to remove the mouth piece as well. A crazy amount of build up is under those pop up tops for real
