DESERT

In hard times, we are told to be patient and calm,
In ancient texts, we are told we can’t change the lines on our palm,
In pinching budgets, we are struggling to achieve our goals,
In binding rules, we are exerting to exploit the loop holes,

On winning the game, our hurdles seem so simple,
On spinning the blame, our cheeks develop a dimple,
On every occasion, we go through it’s thick and thin,
On every evasion, we become a little stronger within,

This much said, and having been there and done that,
This much wisdom, and learning where to look at,
Though we feel like being deserted in our hardships,
We must not forget that sweat is what good-luck worships!

We must recall all our victories followed by the turmoil. Let’s gear up for pushing our efforts harder!
