DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They WILL charge you for microscopic damage that was pre-existing. They WILL ignore photographic evidence you present. They WILL ensure that the charges for damage are broken down into numerous small amounts so you cant make a UK S75 claim. Their agents at Alicante airport will find “unrecorded” damage (I suspect they have a 2nd record for each car to facilitate this process). They will lie to you saying you won’t be charged. I cant advise you more clearly to book with any other company.

Beware of the extra costs Europcar charges without warning. And then you complain and nobody answers you. Never again Europcar.

Europcar customers, check your contract! At Paris Place d'Italie, I booked the basic pack with no insurance (€178.46). Result: a €221.76 "premium protection" added without my knowledge or consent. To me, that's a scam. Reported to the DGCCRF. Read before you sign!

Impossible de récupérer la voiture louée, l’agence était fermée à l’heure de rdv. Week end complètement gâché à cause de cela et aucun remboursement ni dédommagement effectués à ce jour. Aucune excuse non plus, c’est inadmissible. Autant passer par des applications entre particulier comme Getaround (jamais eu aucun soucis). Sans solution apporté par Europcar, je ferais intervenir signal Conso

Viana do Castelo- Portugal, era para retirar o carro de 13:00 hora, só que as 13:00 estão no horário de almoço, isso é um absurdo com o cliente, uma empresa tão grande e faz uma quebra contratual a esse nível, sem respeito com os clientes.

If you’re traveling to Albania, I would not recommend renting a car from Europcar. My refund has been pending for over 90 business days, and I still haven’t received my money despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.
