It might be a hip lockdown cliché but I’m super proud of this one and supermarket bread sucks! Wholemeal rye sourdough with poppy and linseeds. Tasty as fuck

Supermarket bread is also full of sh*t, made with the poorest flour available and is imo a big cause to "our" developing intolerance to gluten. So make your bread or support your local baker (providing he's not just heating up frozen industrial ready-made bread)! @katkatgriff : your bread looks amazing! 👌
