CEO of Cringe reporting for the duty of a little dancey dance to celebrate the return of Reading Rainbow 😂 🌈

Video Description:
An excited Mychal smiles and dances into frame. He continues to switch up his “moves.” Text on screen reads, “Silly goose joy of Reading Rainbow being back on YouTube.” Revival theme song rendition plays, sung by @bukolamusic ✨

Up at 6am and swiftly out the door today. We are at our 1 month post treatment checkup already! Routine labs and an echo following cancer treatment.

Ozzy will get bloodwork done once a month for a year, then every 3 months for a year, then every 6 and so on. I’m grateful they want to keep tabs on things and that we can still ask her oncology team questions even though she’s done with chemo now.

She had an echo too even though she’s never had heart concerns thankfully, but it only lasted about 10 minutes even though it was scheduled for an hour because once her shirt was off for the little ultrasound machine, she got super distressed thinking we were going to do a port access - BEYOND grateful those days are behind us even if they are fresh in all our minds yet.

Appointments were unfortunately spaced 2 hours apart and the second one took a bit longer than planned, but we were able to go outside for a bit and had an iPad and lots of snacks! - toys and coloring are losing their charm after a million hospital hours doing them the past couple years 😅.

Labs and echo all look good! Now to kick these ear infections (for BOTH girls), and manage Ozzy’s congestion so that everyone can be healthy by Saturday for our mini vacation to Colorado!🤞🤞🤞

Health concerns we will now tackle post treatment - Sleep apnea cpap, eye exam and surgery, pulmonology breathing/inhalers/aspirating. We keep it exciting!

Gorgeous 🤌🏻💖
