During times like these, it’s important that we go the extra mile to keep all of our equipment safe. We are sanitizing the photo booths, as well as props, between every use and our DJs are always practicing social distancing. Choose APT for your next event! #socialdistancing #covid19 #safe

Comment “OLDMAN” and I’ll send you my free guide to rebuilding athletic performance from the ground up. Most people train everything above the ankle and barely ask whether the foot itself can actually do its job. But your feet are where force first enters the body. If the toes cannot spread, grip, stabilize, and help control pressure, the rest of the body has to solve around that limitation. That can show up as poor balance, less efficient force transfer, or extra work being pushed into the knees, hips, and trunk. Toe squats and PVC pipe work are simple ways to start challenging the small muscles, tendons, and coordination of the foot again. For athletes over 40, that foundation becomes even more important because years of shoes, old injuries, and repeated movement habits can slowly take options away from the foot. The stronger and more coordinated your feet become, the better foundation the rest of your body has to work from. The Legend of Korra: The Long Game is an upcoming graphic novel trilogy from Dark Horse Books that will explore the lingering secrets of the Red Lotus and the threats that continue to endanger the peace established after the events of The Legend of Korra. Serving as a continuation of the Turf Wars and Ruins of the Empire trilogies, the story sees Avatar Korra and Team Avatar confront a complex conspiracy as familiar adversaries resurface. Among the returning threats are Zaheer, the anarchist leader of the Red Lotus, and Tokuga, the spirit-mutated triad boss who previously challenged Korra and her allies. As Korra investigates a conspiracy rooted in the past, her allies must also adapt to new responsibilities. Bolin, for instance, takes on an official role as a White Lotus sentry tasked with guarding imprisoned threats. The trilogy will be written by Avatar franchise co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino (@mike_dante_d), with Alexandria Monik (@alexandria.monik.art) providing the artwork. Additional members of the creative team are yet to be announced. The project was officially announced during the Avatar publishing panel at New York Comic Con 2026. Pricing and a specific release date have yet to be confirmed.
The overlooked jobs that keep the world moving. Yesterday i was sitting in the back of an uber and randomly thought about how underappreciated that job can be. this person had just taken me from point A to point B, and probably spent the next few hours doing the exact same thing for dozens of other people. without that convenience, would some of us even leave the house as much as we do? I used to think about the same thing in school when a bathroom would get destroyed by some kids “messing around.” somebody had to clean that. a mother, a father, someone who probably took pride in keeping that place clean, only for their work to be ruined for no reason. There are so many jobs like that. firefighters who run toward emergencies most of us would run away from. vets you might not think about until your pet suddenly needs help. window cleaners hanging 20 or 30 stories above the ground just so the view from your apartment stays clean. sanitation workers, nurses, custodians, mechanics, crossing guards, transit workers, the list could go on forever. I think we get so used to things working that we stop thinking about the people making them work. clean streets, working elevators, food showing up, safe buildings, getting home at night, all of it starts to feel automatic when it really isn’t. And I want to make it very clear this post isn’t about saying one job matters more than another. i just wanted to show some love to the people doing work that can easily go unnoticed even though so much of our everyday life depends on it. If you have one of those jobs, thank you. you might not always get reminded of how important what you do is, but everybody really does have a piece of this huge puzzle that keeps the world moving. #sarcasm #job #respect #world #life
