Want longer hair in 2027? Stop focusing only on growth. Start protecting the length you already have. 👇

1. Detangle gently. Start at the ends and work upward.
2. Condition every wash. Focus on your mid-lengths and ends.
3. Reduce heat. Use heat protection whenever you style.
4. Avoid tight hairstyles. Reduce repeated tension on the same areas.
5. Protect your hair at night. Try a loose braid and a smooth pillowcase.
6. Handle wet hair gently. Avoid rough towel-drying and aggressive brushing.
7. Track breakage, not just growth. Take monthly photos and notice where your ends become thinner.

You don’t need 20 products. You need habits you can actually maintain.

Britain, December 1985 — and Christmas had its own soundtrack.

Shakin’ Stevens was Christmas number one with Merry Christmas Everyone. The year before, Band Aid had taken the top spot, with Wham!’s Last Christmas at number two.

But the best thing about Christmas music was that the songs never really disappeared.

Wizzard. Slade. Paul McCartney. Wham!. Shakin’ Stevens. Band Aid.

Different years, different records… but somehow they all ended up being played at the same family Christmas party.

And more than 40 years later, plenty of us are still putting those same songs on every December.

Which Christmas song takes you straight back the second you hear it? ❤️
