Happy #NAIDOCweek ❤💛🖤

I'm humbled and grateful to be living and working on #DjaDjaWurrungCountry

I honour their ancestors past, present and emerging.

I acknowledge that their sovereignty over these lands was never ceded. I stand with them in solidarity in all of their calls for self determination over people and country.

NAIDOC Week for me is about embracing the opportunity for learning and experiencing the awesome diversity First Nations cultures on this continent have to share. It truly is a remarkable place to live.

As a settler, NAIDOC is also about checking in on myself and the work I'm doing to decolonise the communities I live and work in. This amazing resource from @_enterthedragon_ is a fantastic starting point for anyone looking for ways to go about this work.
