I am very aware of my privilege and grateful that SDB and I are blessed to have financial stability and food security. The pandemic has caused a tremendous amount of food insecurity for people and families around the globe, the country and in our very own neighborhoods. ⚠️

I had the opportunity to volunteer with the @northbrooklynangels this week in preparation for the holiday. Sharing space with kind, caring and compassionate people while doing something to help others and your community, is truly a joyous, gratifying and optimistic experience! Looking forward to serving again in any capacity. ✨

If you have time and are able, I highly recommend it. If you don’t have the time, which I realize is a luxury for some, then please consider donating food or money instead if you can spare it. Love and kindness is infectious and that is something we need to spread more of these days (and not covid-19). 🌻
