You asked me to show you lateral shoulder raises so let's go! Now, you can obviously do this standing and hinging forward. I love seated so all focus goes to my shoulders because I need an 'easy' spine position for good shoulder work! Watch the difference between the shoulders. The scapula glide rules are the same... When you raise your arms, you should get upward rotation! So, why are many getting downward rotation and retraction! Steps: 1. Do without weights and copy my cues 2. Start with lighter weights and copy the same cues 3. Increase load as the glide becomes easier As simple as that! And if learning how to train with purpose and more detail is important to you then hit follow because I have so much to share with you 💪 #shoulderprogram #shoulderstability #lateralshoulderraises #shoulderbiomechanics

To think I once believed that confidence was only achievable when you were a certain size. I really had to unlearn my belief system but I’m so glad I did. Most confident now at my biggest size. Confidence will forever be a mindset, not a body type.
