Our second single for the year, 'E.G.O.S', begins our sonic movement into a more experimental and nuanced approach, with the new elements of synth being brought into the mix. This allows for a more interesting take on our trademark in-your-face attitude, combining with sombre dynamics, to deliver heat to the moshpits, but also emotion to the listener.
This rowdy affair wasn't possible without the mixing and mastering from producer extraordinaire @sambassal (Drummer & Producer for @oceangrovemelb ), and his meticulous yet ground shaking production. Sam's keen eye for detail really allowed us to create a beast that can not only fire up the crowd, but help capture that essence of a rowdy Tall Relatives show for you to hear at home.
Dropping Friday July 2, E.G.O.S will be the guiding force that pushes Tall Relatives into newfound territory, while pushing the barriers for moshladended-tunes.
