Ah beee…💙
FIRST SPRINT TRIATHLON COMPLETE! 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🔥 And what an experience!! 😭 1:37:46 ⏱️ 🏅 5th in my age category (30–39) 🏅 13th female overall out of 38 🏅 68th overall out of 224 750m swim, 22.2km bike and a 5.55km run! My first ever sprint triathlon and I genuinely LOVED it! Going into this, I had no idea what to expect. I’m still so new to the sport, figuring out pacing, transitions and how to put all three disciplines together. There’s SO much room for improvement, especially in my swimming, but that’s what excites me the most. A year ago, triathlon wasn’t even on my radar. Now I’m crossing finish lines, chasing new goals and wondering how much further I can push myself. You don’t have to be good at something to start. You just have to be willing to be a beginner. At 32, as a mum of three, I’m loving stepping outside my comfort zone and discovering what my body is capable of. From HYROX to triathlon, with an Ironman and the London Marathon on the horizon… I think I’ve found a new obsession. ❤️‍🔥 Lots to learn, lots to improve and definitely not stopping here! Sprint triathlon… you got me! 🫶🏼 Who’s tried a triathlon, or who’s tempted to give one a go? 👀 #SprintTriathlon #FirstTriathlon #TriathlonTraining #SwimBikeRun #WomenInTriathlon FemaleAthlete EnduranceTraining MumAthlete FitnessOver30 IronmanTraining DubaiFitness WomenInSport TriathlonLife
