All things that were very foreign to me before the Spiritual Warrior Retreat but all those things made this event with @realryanblair and my @altercallmovement family an absolute life changing experience!

Everyday we prayed together, ate together, meditated together, hiked together, stretched together and pushed each other to a greater understanding of exactly who each of us are and who’s we are.

This retreat stretched me in so many ways and gave me a lot of gifts but for me the biggest gift was relief. As a leader you’re called to bear a lot of weight and deal with a lot of heavy issues not just in your business but outside in your personal life as well.

Thank you @realryanblair for equipping us with the tools on how to properly handle and overcome these things. I’m at a level of peace now that I’ve never had before and I have to thank you for it. I can’t wait for the next one!!!

And oh yea… I fell in love with Cali while I was out there so I’ll be one of your neighbors soon. Only for a part of the year tho because y’all’s taxes are crazy. Maybe when I reach your level of Zen I’ll be able to deal with it full time 😂
