I’ve been using this brand called Thankyou and I really wanted to talk about it. 🫧🫧 It’s a social enterprise, so everything they make is built around one goal; helping end extreme poverty. And 100% of the royalties from their products help fund that mission. Since 2008 they’ve raised and given $20.03 million towards that mission, which is honestly wild. But also, I just have to say, the way this feels on my skin is so nice. It’s soft, sinks in properly, doesn’t sit heavy or greasy, and my skin has actually felt noticeably better since I started using it. If any of that resonates with you, go check them out, link’s in my bio. #thankyou #skincare #poverty #mission #partnership
It doesn’t feel like work when your colleagues are your besties 🥰 #BGT
I love cooking, but I have a serious bone to pick with recipes. Most are a huge tax on your working memory because they only list the measurements at the top.  You have to hold that in your head while you do five other things. That's hard, for most people, but especially if you have ADHD. The alternative is pre-measuring, but: ADHD brains thrive on momentum. One I've decided I'm cooking. I want to COOK. Stopping to measure everything out first feels like slamming on the breaks when I just got the train running. Premeasuring requires dirtying more dishes. I. hate. washing. dishes. So I built an AI prompt that takes the cognitive load off your brain and puts it back onto the page. Just comment "recipe rewrite" and I'll send it to you. #adhd #adhdkitchen #workingmemory #executivedysfunction #cookinghacks

I fast every Navratri and I don’t lose my energy or abs ever! I have been doing it for 3 years. How ? Here are some smart snacking hacks on how I do that. Save and share with your fasting buddies : I don’t skip my Greek yogurt with Panch Meva for a good high protein breakfast Mid day its fresh fruit chaat with sendha namak and lemon Evening snack is about crunchy makhanas and for sweet cravings I trust these Date Bites. Now this makes fasting seem effortless without compromising on health. Because fasting, for me, is about devotion, celebration and taking care of my body, too. 💛 Save this for your Navratri fasting inspiration, and tell me your favourite vrat snack! Happy Navratri! 🌸 #Navratri #NavratriFasting #Farmley #bettertomorrow #farmleydatebites @farmleyin @datebites_farmley
