When the weather turns cold, just turn up the heat! Outdoor cooking has always been one of my favorite activities year round. I especially enjoy cold weather cooking as it brings an extra touch of the outdoor elements to the whole experience. #steckerlfisch is a traditional way of grilling a fish in Bavaria. The fish is grilled on a stick, over a campfire or a bed of coals. Cooking over hot coals is the best way as coals produce even heat distribution. I'm looking forward to providing more activities for families to do during the winter months, both indoor and outdoor.
