Before anyone asks why there’s loads of writing underneath every post now, it’s because Instagram apparently hates short captions. They’ve been flagging posts as unoriginal and I’ve already had to delete some because of it. Pretty much the reason every account is suddenly putting massive AI paragraphs under memes as well. I don’t want every caption sounding like ChatGPT so I’m just writing whatever comes into my head instead. That should do. Cheers Instagram.

7 minutes is a very small part of the day.

But inner balance can influence every other part of it.

Meditation is not about stepping away from life.
It is about learning to experience it with a little more space, clarity, and steadiness.

Miracle of Mind offers a simple 7-minute guided meditation by Sadhguru to begin.

Ranking Uttarakhand’s Winter Treks ❄️🏔️ S Tier to B Tier — Do you agree with my rankings? 👀

Uttarakhand mein winter trekking ka plan hai? Toh save kar lo ye list! 🏔️❄️

From the snow-covered trails of Kedarkantha and Brahmatal to the breathtaking Himalayan views from Kuari Pass, every trek offers a different experience.

🏔️ S Tier: Kuari Pass, Brahmatal
❄️ A Tier: Dayara Bugyal, Dodital
🥾 B Tier: Kedarkantha, Chandrashila (Only if open in Winters thats depends on the Govt and administrations decision)

This ranking is based on my personal experience and factors like mountain views, snow, crowds, trekking experience and overall beauty. Your ranking might be completely different! 👀

And if you're exploring the Himalayas, there are plenty of other incredible treks worth adding to your bucket list — Har Ki Dun, Bali Pass, Rupin Pass, Gaumukh Tapovan, Valley of Flowers, Hemkund Sahib, Ali Bedni Bugyal, Brahma Tal, Nag Tibba, Chopta, Tungnath, Deoria Tal, Madhyamaheshwar, Rudranath, Kalpeshwar, Pindari Glacier, Kafni Glacier, Milam Glacier, Satopanth Lake, Panch Kedar and Nanda Devi National Park.

A bit of retrospective, which also answers a frequently asked question if I have ever cut my hair (this is not the shortest, by the way).
